Currant

Consort Black: Small and compact bush that grows 4-5 feet tall and wide. Grows clusters of medium size currants. Berries mature in June.

Red Lake: Produces large dark red berries on medium to long fruit clusters. Prefers cooler climates. Vigorous, upright grower. Often used as fruiting hedges. Ripens early July. 3-5 feet x 3-5 feet.

Wilder: Large clusters of pale red, medium sized berries. Very attractive long-lived plant with dense foliage and yellowish flowers in drooping climates. Very hardy and productive, mildew resistant. Prefers rather cool, humid, shady areas. Not suitable for hot climates. 3-5 feet tall x 2-4 feet wide.
