Shishigashira

Also known as “lion’s head or lion’s mane maple”, this Acer palmatum variety can grow up to 5-15 feet tall. Tightly packed and curled green leaves throughout spring and summer seasons, but expect to see them change to vibrant gold, reddish-orange and bright red colors in the fall. Prefers lots of sunlight or partial shade.
